PASSOVER 14^TH EVEN

Introduction

Sacred year begins 26^th march 2009 which means it is 1^st Nisan. April 8^th will be passover not the previous night of the 7th. The same night of 8^th will be the night to be much observed. It should be observed unto the LORD for His mighty act of delivering Israel out of Egypt. Ex 12: 18 commands UB to be eaten seven days starting from Passover night. Just as the passover in history saved Israel from Pharaoh the LORD will perform the second exodus as in Isa 11:11. when the spiritual Israel cry unto the LORD this will happen. Confirm biblically who has to Passover to the Holy Mountain of the LORD according to Isa 11: 11. Those whose foundations have fallen have to repent before OBSERVING PASSOVER because the Judgment before Passover is to examine one’s self so THAT HE OR SHE IS NOT DEFILED! God’s children should follow God’s Judgments in anything they do! Check this article and know that it is PCG foundations that have fallen.

PROVE YOURSELF OF ALL SCRIPTURES THAT PROVE ALL OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS WE HAD MADE—

Passover on evening of THE 8^TH APRIL.

Night to be much observed on the same night—same evening begins the 1^st day of Unleavened Bread (UB) and the feast of UB is on 9^th April (day time which is still the 8^th of April) and last day of UB is on 15^th April (day time which is still 14^th)

PROVE YOURSELVES ALL THESE FACTS TO KEEP PASSOVER AND UB IN SINCERITY--

Ex 12:15 –AND---19-- seven days leaven is not found in your houses, for any one eating anything fermented—that person hath been cut off from the company of Israel, among the sojourners or among the natives of the land;

If you do not keep the unleavend bread in sincerity—you will be cut off from among God’s people---if you do not repent and purify yourselves when your sins are shown by the LORD---and if you do not repent----YOU WILL BE CUT OFF!

SPIRITUALLY---IF YOU DO NOT REPENT YOU WILL BE CUT OFF!

CREATION OF DAY—AND NIGHT--

Gen 1: 2 -- And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3 -And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

FIRST IT WAS DARKNESS—THEN THE LIGHT CREATED.

Gen 1: 4 - And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

5 - And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Ps. 74: 16 The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.

DAY TIME WHICH HAS LIGHT—AND NIGHT TIME WHICH HAS DARKNESS was prepared by God.

IN OTHER WORDS—

When the scriptures say 1st day—it is the morning hours of 1st—

FIRST IT WAS EVENING AND NIGHT OF THE DAY. THEN LIGHT OF THE DAY-THE MORNING HOURS.

THEREFORE 24 HOUR DAY STARTED FROM ---EVENING TIME.

THEN EVEN TO EVEN was one day--- 24 hr.DAY 1 began during EVEN. Therefore----1^st 24 hour day = EVEN of 1^ST –to EVEN of 2^ND.—

Day one of sacred year starts in the evening. That time is called the evening---then night follows—then morning light---WHICH IS CALLED DAY---(Gen 1: 5 - And God called the light Day) –14^th day is then the morning after even of 14^th---

Fourteenth “DAY” is not the fourteenth “NIGHT”—or “EVENING”. Day time is after evening and night time—therefore the lamb was to be kept until `14^TH “DAY”—UNTIL THE MORNING HOURS OF 14^TH—

Biblical explanations are given below----

Exo 12: 6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

If you keep passover on 7^th evening as said in PCG calendar---you would have kept it until the 14^th EVEN!—it is UNTIL the 14^th DAY that the lamb should be kept! Read and verify from other scriptures as all prophecies should be understood---“precept upon precept, and line upon line”.

Ps. 74: 16 The day is thine, the night also is thine: --

That is day starts from even—then morning follows as day time—then again evening and night.

First the even of 14^th---then it is the morning day of 14^th----then noon—then EVENING AFTER THE 14^TH DAY TIME was the time the lamb was to be killed. THIS IS in BETWEEN the TWO evenings-

That means THIS YEAR IT IS THE 8^TH APRIL.

YLT bible refers to the two evenings--- Ex 12:6 ‘And it hath become a charge to you, until the fourteenth day of this month, and the whole assembly of the company of Israel have slaughtered it between the evenings;

THAT MEANS KEEP IT UNTIL THE DAY TIME OF THE FOURTEENTH AND KILL IT AFTER NOON TIME IS OVER AND WHEN SUN SETS—between the two evenings---

Gill’s commentary describes the two evenings----

And the whole assembly of the congregation shall kill it in the evening;

----that is, of the fourteenth of Nisan; not between the two suns, as the Targum of Jonathan, between the sun setting and the sun rising; nor between the setting of the sun, and the entire disappearance of its rays of light reflecting in the air and clouds after it, as Aben Ezra; so it is said in the Talmud {k}, after the sun is set, all the time that the face of the east is red; others say as long as a man can walk half a mile after sun setting; and others, the twinkling of an eye; but "between the two evening’s" {l}, as it may be rendered; which respects that space of time after the sun begins to decline, and the entire setting of it; when the sun begins to decline, as it does after noon, that is the first evening, and when it is set, that is the second; and the middle space between the one and the other is about the nineth hour of the day, according to the Jewish computation, and, with us, about three o’clock in the afternoon, about which time the passover used to be killed;

That was the time Jesus Christ was sacrificed as the lamb!

From Gills on Ex 12: 6--- at the passover they slew the sacrifice from the nineth hour to the eleventh;-- and it being at the nineth hour that our Lord was crucified, the agreement between Him and the paschal lamb in this circumstance very manifestly appears, #Mt 27:46 though it may also in general denote Christ’s appearing in the last days, in the end of the world, to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself: the slaying of the paschal lamb is ascribed to the "whole assembly of the congregation," because it was to be slain by their order, and in their name, for their use, and they present; and thus the crucifixion of Christ, His sufferings and death, are attributed to the men of Israel, and all the house of Israel, #Ac 2:22,23,36 3:12-15.

PASSOVER HAS TO BE KEPT IN SINCERITY BY THE SPIRITUAL ISRAEL—EX 12: 47—13: 7, 9—

No outsiders to take passover---- Ex 12:43 And Jehovah saith unto Moses and Aaron, ‘This is a statute of the passover; Any son of a stranger doth not eat of it; ----Le 22:10 --There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing:----- Nu 9:14 ---

Gill on "Mt 26:17"--- Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread----

Mark adds, "when they killed the passover," #Mr 14:12; and Luke says, "when the passover must be killed," #Lu 22:7; which was to be done on the fourteenth day of the month Nisan, after the middle of the day; and this was an indispensable duty, which all were obliged to:-- for so they say {d},

“every man, and every woman, are bound to observe this precept; and whoever makes void this commandment presumptuously, if he is not defiled, or afar off, lo! he is guilty of cutting off.”

Gills comm. Continued--

The time of killing the passover was after the middle of the day; and it is said {e} that if they killed it before the middle of the day it was not right; and they did not kill it till after the evening sacrifice, and after they had offered the evening incense; and after they had trimmed the lamps, they began to slay the passovers, or paschal lambs, unto the end of the day; and if they slayed after the middle of the day, before the evening sacrifice, it was right.”

The reason of this was, because the lamb was to be slain between the two evenings; the first of which began at noon, as soon as ever the day declined:---that was from Gill’s comentary which agrees with what we say too---

12.42 It is a night to be much observed unto the LORD for bringing them out from the land of Egypt: this is that night of the LORD to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations.

12.43 –44—only baptised could partake of passover.

Vs. 51--the selfsame day, that the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.

De 16:8 = 6 days from 15^th and passover day = 7 days

Num. 33.3—they left Rameses on the 15^th day. That means they gathered there during early hours of 15^th morning, observed feast of unleavened bread , refreshed, praised and wondered at the marvelous deliverance and greatness of God, before they left as a congregation.

Passover—night to be much observed were on 14^th even. First you should have the passover ceremony and later in the same night observe the night remembering the GREATNESS OF GOD—IT IS TO PRAISE GOD FOR DELIVERING THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL FROM PHAROAH!

This is just as what the LORD Jesus Christ is doing today Rom 9: 28--after raising spiritual Pharaoh in Rom 9: 17 –to deliver His children from Pharaoh and his army— TO SHOW HIS MIGHTY POWER AMONG HIS SPIRITUAL CHILDREN! –Isa 11: 11—a second time delivering the children of Israel, BUT THIS TIME SPIRITUALLY!

THE ORDINANCE OF PASSOVER--

Exo 12: 11--And thus shall ye eat it; [with] your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it [is] the LORD’S passover. 12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I [am] the LORD. 13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye [are]: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy [you], when I smite the land of Egypt. 14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.” (Ex 12:11-14 AV)

IN THIS SAME NIGHT---1Co 11:23--that the Lord Jesus in the night in which he was delivered up, took bread, 1Co 15:3--Christ died for our sins--

Mr 14:12 And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, --Lu 22:7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.

Ex 12:19 Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses:---Mt 26:17-- Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread-- prepare for thee to eat the passover?

UNLEAVENED BREAD therefore starts along with PASSOVER!

FOURTEENTH DAY---is not the EVEN WHEN 13^TH ENDED—BUT IT IS DAY OF 14^TH—and AT THE END OF 14^TH –during THE EVENING BEFORE THE 15^TH IS STARTED ---- WAS THE TIME PASSOVER LAMB HAS TO BE KILLED.

Nu 28:16 -- And in the fourteenth day of the first month is the passover of the LORD.

Nu 28:17 And in the fifteenth day of this month is the feast: seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten.

And at twilight – Ex 12: 6 ‘Now you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight.

De 16:3 Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.

THEREFORE---all our lives we should remember THE DELIVERENCE OF ISRAEL FROM Egypt BY THE POWER OF THE ALMIGHTY---

SO ACCORDINGLY WE HAVE TO OBSERVE PASSOVER WHEN 14^TH DAY ENDS---in the evening ---–LATER followed by THE NIGHT TO BE MUCH OBSERVED---we should eat unleavened bread at that meal and-------- next day morning –15^th day 1^st day UB service. From even of 15^th even 7 days are UB days.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF PASSOVER—IS BRINGING OUT Israel from Egypt BY NIGHT—THAT IS THE NIGHT TO BE OBSERVED TO GLORIFY GOD! in history the Israel was saved from Egypt---

SIGNIFICANCE OF TODAY’S PASSOVER

NOW IN PRESENT TIMES THE SINNERS’ SINS WILL BE BURIED IN SPIRITUAL SEA AND THE REPENTANT WILL CROSS OVER THE spiritual RED SEA AS FORGIVEN. Now as the spiritual Israel is in the night---in spiritual darkness---they HAVE TO PASS OVER TO LIGHT –TO THE PRESENCE OF THE MORNING STAR!

Jesus Christ is the ransom-- Mt 20:28 -- to give his life a ransom for many.- Mt 26:28-- this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.-- 2Co 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

2009 PASSOVER IS VERY SPECIAL TO HIS SPIRITUAL Israel CHILDREN—THEY SHOULD OBSERVE THE PASSOVER DILIGENTLY PRAISING THE LORD AND APPLYING HIS BLOOD ON THEIR SPIRITUAL DOOR POSTS—HE WILL PASSOVER TO SAVE HIS SPECIAL TREASURE—THE REPENTANTS OF SPIRITUAL Laodecean Israel!

Night to be much observed --this night is to praise the LORD for His mighty Act of deliverance and therefore we do not have to glory how we came to church as we were taught, BUT EXALT GOD FOR THE MIGHTY WAY HE IS HANDLING THE SPIRITUAL Israel THIS TIME TO DELIVER THEM TO GIVE THEM ETERNAL REST as promised to the fathers)

NIGHT TO BE MUCH OBSERVED AND UB

WHY IS THIS NIGHT TO BE MUCH OBSERVED –prove it biblically?

Ex 12; 51 And it came to pass the selfsame day, that the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.

EX 13: 3 And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.--4 This day came ye out in the month Abib.—5--6 Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to the LORD.---7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters.--8 And thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which the LORD did unto me when I came forth out of Egypt.--9 And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD’S law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.

10--Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.

Ex 14: 19 And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:

20-And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.

Spiritually the cloud in which Jesus Christ came in Ez 30; 3 was guarding the spiritual Israel from the Egyptians ---the servants of the LORD kept a watch on all their work to criticise and tread so that the Egyptians will be destroyed and the people of God would see the light of Jesus Christ!

Cloud was a trouble to leaders—but it gave light to spiritual people to be saved from Pharaoh!

“21 ¶ And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go [back] by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry [land], and the waters were divided. 22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry [ground]: and the waters [were] a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. 23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, [even] all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen. 24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians, 25 And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians.

Those leaders of PCG who oppose Holy Spirit—UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE BEING FOUGHT BY THE LORD THEIR GOD! They will know that the work of Gentile assembly is the WORK OF THE LORD AND WOULD GIVE IN AS ANYONE WOULD KNOW THAT NOBODY COULD FIGHT THE CREATOR!

Ex 14; 26 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen. 27 And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. 28 And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, [and] all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.

All those who oppose spiritual Israel would fall as the SPIRITUAL night is OVER!

Ex 14: 29 But the children of Israel walked upon dry [land] in the midst of the sea; and the waters [were] a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. 30 Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.

EGYPTIAN WORK IN THE CHURCH WILL BE CAST OFF AS A STONE IN THE SEA---

Ex 15:5 The depths have covered them: they sank into the bottom as a stone.

Ex 15:16 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be as still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over, which thou hast purchased.

EX 14: 31 And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and His servant Moses.”

Who could fight the LORD? Pharaoh –Nebuchadnezzar –Nimrod—all failed!

Even the hard heart of a leviathan which is as a stone could be controlled by the LORD---Job 41:1 , 24.

SO THE GREAT MIRACLE OF DELIVERANCE OF ISRAEL FROM EGYPTIANS WAS PERFORMED IN THAT NIGHT AFTER PASSOVER LAMB WAS KILLED. THIS NIGHT IS VERY IMPORATANT THAT WE SHOULD OBSERVE IT TO PROCLAIM THE GREATNESS OF GOD SO THAT ALL THE GENERATIONS WOULD FEAR THE AWESOME LORD GOD!

MOSES AND Israel SANG THE SONG OF DELIVERANCE—

THEY PRAISED THE LORD WHO SAVED THEM FROM Egypt--

Ex 15: 1 --Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.--2 The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt him.--3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.--4 Pharaoh’s chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.

Jesus Christ IS A MAN OF WAR!—and His army fights for Him--

SOLDIERS OF CHRIST FIGHT WITH THE MIGHTY WORD OF GOD!

“10 Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor. 11 The Lord gave the word: great [was] the company of those that published [it].” (Ps 68:10-11 AV)

ESV TRANSLATION---EX 12: 42 It was a night of watching by the LORD, to bring them out of the land of Egypt; so this same night is a night of watching kept to the LORD by all the people of Israel throughout their generations.

MESSAGE---42 GOD kept watch all night, watching over the Israelites as he brought them out of Egypt. Because GOD kept watch, all Israel for all generations will honor GOD by keeping watch this night—a watchnight.

NKJV TRANSLATION---42 It is a night of solemn observance to the LORD for bringing them out of the land of Egypt. This is that night of the LORD, a solemn observance for all the children of Israel throughout their generations.

They have to be vigilant—

Ps. 90: 4 For a thousand years in thy sight [are but] as yesterday when it is past, and [as] a watch in the night. 5 Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are [as] a sleep: in the morning [they are] like grass [which] groweth up. 6 In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.”

During the spiritual night watch the LORD as the king of floods (Ps. 29: 10) carried them when they were sleeping –in the morning they would open their eyes and see that they are saved!

This is all the spiritual blindness of the spiritual Israel His people! The LORD will do a mighty work to save them so that the people will learn to honour their God instead of people like Pharaoh!

A day of the LORD-- 2Pe 3:8—just as yesterday—Ps. 90: 4—satan bound during that day--Re 20:2 – those who were slain spiritually reigned with Jesus Christ –Re 20:4—

REST OF THE DEAD WILL LIVE AFTER THE DAY OF Ps. 90: 4 IS OVER---Re 20:5---those who served Him during the day of the LORD lived in the first resurrection and the others will live AFTER THE NIGHT WATCH---

Tribulation came to ministers of God’s temple so that they could be corrected.
